Invitation to Join Foundation Program

Have you considered joining a Study Program?

The purpose of the Foundation Program is to provide a systematic presentation of profound subjects in Mahayana Buddhism to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of the Buddhist spiritual path.

Evening Foundation Program
Wednesday and Sunday 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Begins November 16 with an Introduction open to all.

Our new book: Universal Compassion

This book is about transformation. Based on a famous Buddhist poem, Training the Mind in Seven Points, it shows how true mental freedom and lasting happiness can be achieved by transforming our mind.

Daytime Foundation Program
Thursdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Current Book: Eight Steps to Happiness

This book is based on Geshe Langri Tangpa’s Eight Verses of Training the Mind, explaining how to transform adverse conditions into spiritual paths that bring lasting peace and happiness. By studying this book we can learn powerful, practical methods for opening our heart and developing inner peace.
