Kadampa Meditation Center Washington offers a variety of retreats throughout the year for all levels of practitioner.
Urban Retreats are designed for anyone to get away and explore meditation practice in a peaceful environment here in Seattle. These one-day retreats are particularly good for beginners.
Out of Town Retreats are held periodically in one of the beautiful locales around Seattle.
Post-Festival Retreats help us deepen our experience of the teachings at International Kadampa Buddhist Festivals, or to become familiar with them if we couldn't go.
Preliminary Guide Retreats are an integral part of Teacher Training Program, but are open to the public as well. These retreats help us collect the causes and conditions for spiritual realizations to grow.
