Winter Retreats

Lamrim Retreat

Stages of the Path to Enlightenment

Week 1  -  Guided Retreat
January 3 - 9
Week 2  -  Unguided Retreat
January 10 - 16

Meditating on Lamrim overcomes all obstacles to our peace of mind, solves our daily problems, and leads us to the final realization of our spiritual practice, Buddhahood. By engaging in this special blessed sequence of meditations in retreat we can discover the happiness of following a pure spiritual path and create a powerful inner resource for our daily lives.

During Week 1 we will engage in the first cycle of the 21 Lamrim meditation with Gen Khedrub guiding the meditations, and during Week 2 we will complete the cycle again with time for personal contemplation and meditation.

Please inquire about accommodation if you'd like to travel to KMC Washington to engage in this wonderful retreat.
